In an effort to help get the Biloxi’s critical services working more effectively, city officials worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) to develop a collection of projects to repair. This work is detailed in approximately 25 construction projects that include the repair of sewer of the City's sewer, storm drainage and water distribution systems. This includes repairs to water distribution mains, sewer collection mains, drainage systems and associated street repairs. A majority of these repairs are expected to occur within existing City right-of-way and property easements.
