Each area identified is based on the obligated Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) project worksheet (PW).

Several factors were considered in preliminary determination of the various segments shown under each area including constructability, projected costs for each segment and minimizing disruption for the traveling public. As each area is further evaluated modifications to the overall plan may be made. 

The program areas listed below are a preliminary division of the program's phases. The design phase will begin soon. As more detailed information on specific projects is known, it will be posted to this website, including the type and amount of work anticipated for your area.
